Certification Path of Cisco 300-425 Certification Exam
The Cisco 300-425 certification is the first step to greater certifications. Unlike other certifications, the CCENT certification is directly correlated to the other Cisco certifications such as the associate, professional, expert, and engineer level. The 300-101 exam could lead to three different levels of certification:
- CCENT - Associate Level (Cisco Certified Entry Level Network Technician)
- CCNA - Associate Level
- CCDA - Certified Cisco Data Administrator
- CCNP - Certified Cisco Network Professional
- CCIE - Cisco Certified Internet Expert (CCIE®)

- SPHR - Cisco Specialist in Human Resources (RSD)
- CCSK - Cyber Security Associate (R&S RS)
Those who are aiming to know more about designing Cisco enterprise wireless networks and want to validate their skills in this area, can take 300-425 ENWLSD test. It covers wireless and wired infrastructures, high availability, and other concepts crucial for networking professionals.
Wireless Site Survey
The first part consists of 25% of the exam questions and the test takers have to demonstrate the following tasks:
- Performing and analyzing Layer 1 site survey;
- Collecting the design requirements and evaluating restraints, including client density, AP type, real-time applications, and security, as well as deployment types, such as voice, video, location & data;
- Analyzing the key network metrics, including Spectrum Analyzer, AirMagnet, Ekahau, Chanalyzer & PI, as well as utilizing the planning tools.
- Explaining material attenuation and its influence on wireless design;
- Performing post-deployment, pre-deployment, and predictive site survey;
