The National Instruments LabVIEW certification scheme contains the following 3 levels of certification:

The benefit in Obtaining the CLAD Exam Certification
An associate developer certification (CLAD) that must expire in November. I am a PhD student and went to school, so I never took advantage of the certification. However, I have a friend who has an associate developer certification and has worked for Caterpillar.
