The questions of this objective cover 20% of the whole content and are dedicated to evaluating the following students’ competence:
- Explaining the Webex Meetings (WM) API capabilities and use cases required for the users, trainings, events, and meetings control;
- Constructing the API calls to implement the users & meetings management for WM and configure Cisco Meeting Server with the use of REST API.
- Describing the WM API authentication mechanisms;
Cloud Collaboration
This subject area contains 25% of the exam questions and validates the students’ abilities to perform the following processes:
- Perform the administrative procedures on the WT users, organizations, compliance events, and licenses with the usage of WT REST API;
- Define the application elements included in conversational bots;
- Explain the Webex Teams (WT) REST API use, capabilities, application architectures, token types, and authentication mechanisms;
- Create a Python script for the automation of the creation of the WT memberships & spaces;
- Explain the capabilities and usage of different WT SDKs.
- Create a Python script for the implementation of the notification;
- Design an HTML web application embedding WT and messaging as well as video/audio utilizing the WT Widgets;
- Create the API calls for the implementation of the interactive bots;
Collaboration Endpoints
This is the last part that covers 20% of the exam questions and expects that the test takers show their understanding of the following tasks:
- Creating a script for monitoring the CCR device issues with the usage of xAPI Python SDK;
- Constructing the API calls for the automation of the Cisco collaboration room (CCR) devices with the help of the xAPI SSH interface & xAPI HTTP API;
- Explaining the use, capabilities, deployment, and creation of the custom controls for CCR devices utilizing the In-Room Controls Editor;
- Describing the use, deployment, capabilities, and creation of the CCR device JavaScript Macros with the use of Macro Editor.
